STADIUM CONDITIONS OF USE
- Please only turn on lights needed.
- Soiled shoes to be cleaned upon entry and only shoes with non-marking soles are allowed on the courts.
- No smoking in the stadium
- No equipment or material (floor polish etc.) may be used in the stadium that will cause damage to the floor surface
- All equipment used must be returned to the appropriate storage areas after use.
- No food or drink is to be brought onto the courts.
- Any spilled beverages or food needs to be cleaned up immediately
- Emergency exit doors are to be kept closed at all times and only opened in the event of an emergency.
- If any damage occurs to the stadium during your court hire, attributable to your usage, you will be held responsible. Any costs to repair the damages will be charged to the signee or the organization being represented.
- If the stadium key is lost or stolen, the KWMSC Secretary is to be contacted immediately and you will be responsible for the costs incurred for replacement
- It is your responsibility to schedule bookings in advance via website www.keithwarmemorialsportscentre.com.au to ensure courts are available. Changes to times or cancellations of court hires you must give 1 weeks’ notice of the hire date.
- Any injuries sustained must be reported immediately to the KWMSC secretary.
- All rubbish is to be removed and put in bins provided.
- At the completion of the hire, all windows and doors are to be securely fastened. Lights, electrical appliances and air conditoners turned off. Walk around the outside of the stadium to ensure all doors are locked.
